It has been almost a year since I last blogged. Or almost ten months to be exact. Due to brain fog and fatigue as a result of my ME/CFS, this blog stopped being a platform I felt like I could maintain. It did not really help that someone stole all my personal texts and used them to gain attention either. I have had my pictures stolen and used for someones personal and/or commercial gain more times than I am able to count, but to have someone use the burdens I have to live with to gain attention, that just threw me off the aspect of sharing things that can easily be copy pasted online. But I cannot let that stop me from writing, and I do wish to continue to use this platform to share a bit more - and to be creative again.
Martin and I got ourself a new camera recently, and we plan to use that a lot this upcoming season. This is my favorite season after all - and it is the perfect season for photography. We ended up getting a Canon 750D with a Sigma 30mm lens, but we have had some issues with the focus and had to return it for a replacement. We are still experiencing some issues, and I guess we have to take it back to fix it at some point. I still very much like the pictures we have been able to create together, and although they are not perfect, I still find something magical about them. Maybe it is just because I am obsessed with foxes.
If you follow me on instagram you will probably have noticed that I have a thing for foxes. I own mugs, teacups, a bag, sweaters, dresses and several homely bits with foxes on. Now I also own a (obviously faux) tail, which reminds me of a Norwegian childrens movie I used to love. It is about a little boy with a fox tail and a rather horrible elderly rich woman is trying to get it so she can wear it as a scarf. I say "used to", but to be honest I still very much love that movie.
Now if you excuse me, I plan to search the internet for more fox related items I can wear or drink/eat out of.
